Cinnamon Raisin Bread

Description:
This is a family favorite in the winter. Now it’s even easier to make in a bread machine. This bread freezes well, and makes great toast.

Ingredients:
1 cup + 2 T. water
3 1/3 cups bread flour
1 t. salt
1 ½ T. powdered dry milk
3 T. brown sugar
2 t. cinnamon
½ cup walnuts
¾ cup raisins
¼ cup butter, in pieces
1 ½ t. bread machine yeast

Instructions:
Pour the water into the bread machine. Add remaining ingredients in order listed. Choose regular cycle, light crust.
Makes 1 ½ pound loaf
